❤️🐾 Happy Valentine’s Day from the U.S. Marshals Service
& their special highly trained K9s 🇺🇸
Since 2001, the USMS has had a K9 Dept.
focused on explosives & firearms detection.
In 2016 Tactical K9 ops was established. The teams are
highly trained Malinois K9s & a Deputy USM handler.
TK9s have a camera system that provides investigators
the ability to see what the K9 is seeing remotely.
TK9s are used primarily as a search tool:
To identify the presence of a suspect in an un-cleared room.
To walk the perimeter & alert whether suspects are escaping.
To track fugitives in both urban & rural environments.
Explosive Detection K9s can detect over 19,000 types of explosives.
🐾 On any given day, 70,000+ K9s are working in the USA
in Law Enforcement:
Police, Border Patrol, Defense/Military, Homeland Security,
DEA, U.S. Marshals, Fire Depts., etc.
The most common breeds are German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois
& Bloodhounds ❤️🐾

My German Shepherd girl Maggie Mae is amazing. She is so smart, very athletic and extremely dedicated to protection of both me and our property. Only a 7 month old puppy, yet she dedicates her attention and energy to taking care of me and our household. I am so blessed with this amazing canine heroine.
The ONLY thing on my bucket list is to meet + HUG all involved in #THEGREATAWAKENING (Q know who Q are). God bless every one. Psalm 23
