I believe it's time to restructure the social security system. Senior citizens need a major increase in $$$. This can be done using the confiscated $ from corrupt politicians who've used their office to get rich with insider trading, $laundering, etc.#PresidentTrump
Retired Seniors on Social Security (I don't receive it yet) have suffered terribly.
A several times-x immediate increase in monthly Social Security payments would be so great for them and is really needed.
Most of their fixed incomes off Social Security was insufficient to live before Bidenflation kicked in. Now the situation is untenable.
Far too many seniors rely only on that tiny deposit for just buying food, and it's never enough. Many seniors are malnourished.
Can't keep up with rising costs of everything, and many cannot go out and work.
Every time I see a Senior out working a cash register or whatever, I'm infuriated, because they shouldn't have to work (unless they want to) and should be enjoying their Golden Years in perfect health and spending quality time with family and our younger generations to teach them something.
So much beautiful experience there meant to be shared. They deserve a BREAK so they can LIVE.

My own daily struggle having no dough, rotten health, and stress due to -EVERYTHING - prevents me from sharing the wealth of my life experience.
Not only do we need redo on SS, but I'm thinking now, I'd like reparations due to everything that has contributed to them killing of me slowly and making me suffer so much.
(It's just a thought.)
But when you write Universal High Universal Income, I know you're compassionate, and want to give us hope, but unless there are remedies NOW or very soon, we won't make to that wonderful day.

Every, I want you to lean on all of your family here for support especially when you are hurting. I hope, pray, yet somehow I also feel we are very, very close to the transition we all have been waiting for...and that includes the roll out of Medbeds. I would like to see you and anyone in dire need into them first. Imagine yourself making it to that Medbed every day, laying in it and feeling the Quantum connection to God-Source, with healing passing through all parts of your body. So very true! It’s so nice to hear this spoken as our culture has swept seniors under the rug as if they were useless. I think this was one of the tactics of the deep state to erase history. Instead, we should be looking to seniors for wisdom, and love. And if you take the time to listen, they have great stories to share.

Connie, from what I am seein' that $59 will buy 6 cartons of eggs or maybe 10 loaves of bread, but then SUBTRACT fuel going up $2.00+ per gallon so FORGET THAT.
Seniors have to choose between FOOD, MEDS, UTILITY BILLS or FUEL.

I got a $20 DECREASE because my husband still works part time so we can afford eggs. IRMAA has to punish us for working. 🤨

I agree 100% Cowboy! My Mom is on Social security and she can't afford to rent her own place in WA state so she lives with my sister. I would LOVE to see my Mom be able to just go enjoy her life and go see the tall buildings of NY & Chicago like she wants. She deserves it after raising 13 kids!! It's disgusting how or government treats the Elderly and our very own Vets!!

My Mom is 100! Healthy! Cognizant, sharp, engaged in many things. She cannot afford rent so my brother and we bought her a place she can be herself and do as she pleases. Everyone she meets says she is amazing and I agree. Glad we could manage to support her and be with her. She is fiercely independent and won’t live with any of her four children. She is a treasure.

My heart broke yesterday just going to Hobby Lobby to get a zipper for a coat (yes I have an industrial sewing machine) and the Sweet Senior working the cash register with arthritic hands almost made me cry.
