Yes COG it is a game changer and a lot of Folks are thrown off, because the Guide comes from "FEMA". Who do Folks think controls FEMA? I say it's THE MILITARY and that one of the first things the Military cleaned out was FEMA and this "Guide" looks to me like part of THE PLAN to Restore the American Republic - and it's really what we are living & witnessing in real time.

Sure FEMA was founded with Evil intentions, but I say Folks gotta keep in mind that Every Weapon formed against US is being used against THEM.
I think CRIMINALS are even being put into FEMA Camps, but I just haven't confirmed that yet.
