The Amish came in and built a bunch of tiny homes so people could have at least a place to be warm and out of the elements and I think i can't remember what her political significance was, but she went in and said people couldn't move into these homes because they didn't file for permits and the houses don't meet state codes. The freaking Amish build better homes than most of us live in right now !
