They'll need that many accountants to process the refunds due the American People plus interest plus penalties payable every American for any and all monies paid to the Internal Revenue Service which was a Private Trust formed in Puerto Rico, and which before that was a Private Trust formed in the Philippines.

I think you don't get it at all and need to do more research about many things including DEVOLUTION.
You can't just shut everything down at the snap of a finger that has been in place for about a century and a half even if it is Fraud because the resulting chaos will cost lots of innocent lives.
