In the US, they drive better cars than a lot of Americans do and have the most up to date cell phones, complete with translator apps. I mistakenly hired an illegal to repair something. His English was near perfect on the social media app where I found him. Turns out, he used his translator app to communicate with me. Literally, spoke Spanish into his phone and played his phone to me in English.
Same in the UK and we got 4 more years of Hell

You and the UK are in my thoughts and prayers. I lived in England in the 1980s for 3 years and loved it. It breaks my heart to hear what's happening there now.
