I had a renter who didn't pay his electric bill and plugged a long extension cord into the neighbors barn to keep his fridge going.
I sold the property to get rid of the renter. Kept having dreams he started a fire and burnt down a building.
After he finally moved, he burnt down the garage of the place he moved to.
True story.
