it was actually signed under duress by Bill clinton but nothing was ever done with it of course.. T took it over with changes made to accomodate the new world to be (not the old one bill would be in charge of).. yes i have been waiting for several years myself. finally gave up waiting as will come when it can come.. there have been set backs and thieves so delay delay delay but people have to accept it and as we know. not going quickly.. its coming soon as T gets publically acknowledged and our lock downs are over.. its been quite a bumpy ride for all. the future is great. let us make EARTH great again..
