All the surface stuff like good weather--good pay--all types of recreation/geography--is proven to be enough to overlook the truth of that optic depiction...it's actually worse, vast numbers of homes are not able to be insured from north to south and worsening--and last summer -July/Aug/Sept it was 105 to 118 everyday--running a/c helped to cause our utility bill to $1350.00 and $1120.00 each month and then $5.00 gas for yrs..but I do have a good life here, somehow
