We make a daily dose of
1/4 tsp organic ground tumeric
1/4 tsp organic ground ginger
1/4 tsp organic ground cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp organic honey
1 tsp organic lemon juice.
Mix and drink.
( cayenne pepper can be added, but personally I cannot tolerate spicy things)
Beware tumeric can thin the blood.

Cayenne pepper is worlds strongest pain reliever. Turmeric should always be fresh root, not processed powder.

Yes, of course fresh is best, and we have made the recipe given in the post with all the fresh ingedients. But the quick and simple version using organic ingredients has benefits as well. We take it daily more for it's immune support benefits then pain control. 😇
I also add garlic and black pepper infused water
Yes black pepper helps the tumeric to be absorbed. Garlic is a great substance too and we cook with lots of garlic almost daily, adding it to our vegetables. 😇
