Here are some#Notes I made when being poisoned. I wasn’t allowed a phone, journal, pen, computer, cannibas, healthy food… 1/2 the time I showered w/ NO curtain or door to the bath/toilet in my room. However, everyone did “their job” passing out poison to me. I was made to take chemical pills. I spit out some after pretending to swallow but took also to see what it did. MADE ME SO SICK. That & the POISON FOOD. Threw up a lot. Nurses & doctors play the blame game. One nurse understood me & told me to comply to get out then quit.

OUR PROCESSES ARE EVIL! The air in my first room was set on 61. I stayed frozen. They take most of your clothes & stuff away from you. Then it took me about 3 days before they got me a sweatshirt & something to have a layer because their thin crappy “jail cell outfits” SUCK. I stripped naked when arriving & had no underwear on a while. Just thin ass paper clothes. It took me days to get someone to say, we have a key & can fix the air…. (That was the private room they moved me out of when they needed it for someone else so then I was moved to the room w/ a roommate & a shower curtain that never stayed up. I asked for it to be fixed a second time as once it was- but just like I asked for melatonin - it never happened.
Treat others how YOU want to be treated. What happened to that? 🤷♀️
