"Thieves" is a word I have used as well, tho I am starting to think that comparing them to the MAFIA might be a better way to understand it. The threats, the endless fines and interest, Nothing satisfies them. It is never over.
We've been struggling to get caught up on the bills, there's nothing left over. Now we're behind done our mortgage and because of them now I can't even make a payment. Where the heck do they get off training somebody's account when they came and afford to pay their basic bills

Same. Even the mafia does not drain your account. The last letter we got said...we can levy your car, home..etc. They do not care if you are homeless. It is a terrible business model. Those who are penniless and homeless cannot pay taxes. So, it is obviously about something other than just money.
