This is an alert for anywhere that has Fog, Mist or Haze AND/OR Arsine Gas.

ARSINE GAS

Gas was dropped yesterday over the whole UK and Northern Europe according to our tracking. We have received multiple 33 coded warnings on different posts so we are certain there is a lot in the air atm.

Masks do NOT work against this gas. It binds to oxygen, reducing availability in the blood.

To minimise exposure, reduce time outside right down. Do not walk dogs. Do not exercise in it. When alerts stop on posts we will let you know. To help keep phosphate and phosphoric acid high in diet, cut added metals in food, stay hydrated. Seek medical help if needed.

LITHIUM

We suspect the fog does contain lithium, after receiving coding for it last night. Confirmed with a 111 (UK health emergency number here in the UK) on reposting this morning.

It is the lightest metal and floats very easily, so will stay suspended in the air, even if the fog dissipates.

That means DO NOT go out in it unless you have to. Wear a PM2.5 specific face covering. One that fits your face is better. We have tested snoods/scarves versus a PM2.5 facemask with filter and the facemask is more effective. Heat your car before you get in it on recycle air, then reduce fan to lowest setting when you get in. If you are not driving a Tesla then keeping the PM2.5 covering on can help if you are in very thick fog.

Lithium converts to Lithium Chloride in the gut.

Milder symptoms

Feeling sick (nausea) or being sick. Diarrhoea. A dry mouth or a metallic taste in the mouth. Slight shaking of the hands (mild tremor). Feeling tired or sleepy.

More severe side effects

We are all at a critical stage in this war. Comparing charts last night, the fallout from the beginning of lockdown March 2020 was a fraction of what we have seen this Christmas.

To keep the health alerts, tracking and core research going we need your help. We are still on a half-a-person shoestring budget for only one full time person. Many volunteers are giving up hours a day of their time to make sure we have the data we need to he
