A man now identified as Shamsud Din Jabbar used an electric truck he rented in Texas to run down a large crowd of people in New Orleans during New Year celebrations.

This reeks of a FALSE FLAG operation.

It could be a “convenient” MK Ultra op to stir up discontent with the American public in order to garner support against Muslims & for the US going back to war in the Middle East.

Kinda like 9/11 but on a much smaller scale.
