Look`s like the New Zuckerberg double
Intriguing theory but could also be confirmation bias. He appears to be wearing some type of sweater over a shirt or sweatshirt with what looks like a University of Michigan varsity sweater. Those sunglasses seem like something that could have been available for someone with sensitive eyes and/or who lived in a snowy area. Mostly, that camera looks like a typical 35 mm to me. Part of it is hidden in the shadows.
