2024 was a really an amazing year when one looks at what was going on behind the scenes.
Take for example the Federal Indictments.

Non-Sealed Federal Indictments: 885,877
Now Opened but Previously Sealed Federal Indictments: 73,442
Sealed Federal Indictments Remaining: 470,364
BTW - when an Non-Sealed Indictment is issued, or a Sealed Indictment is opened, that means an arrest or arrests are made.
Therefore, that's a minimum of 959,319 ARRESTS MADE if only 1 individual listed per indictment.
But what if average of 3 individuals per indictment (hypothetical)? Then that would be about 2.877 MILLION people (hypothetical) who have been arrested, for example...
AND HARDLY ANYONE NOTICED whatever the case.
