Is it sunny ANYWHERE???
Here in northwest PA, we've seen the sun maybe twice in the past 5 weeks, but this time of year sunny days are a rarity.
Everywhere else it seems to be the same, though.

my neighbor does - paid $40K to install it - thinks its great that his electric bills are only $25. LOL - he will never recoup the $40K
