This is possibly a warning due to heavy metals in the air, rather than a virus.
They can't come right out and say we are being bombarded by toxins.
I personally would stay indoors. I ain't afraid of the virus, but I personally don't want to be inhaling the crap that they're putting out in the skies.
It was at the same time as the Mysterious Fog !

Right. So no one should be out in fog.
If you can see a haze of any type, including fog, stay indoors. That haze is metal particulates.
