Sadly, if the victim had grabbed a gun and unloaded it at Tha Police who had entered his home illegally, he likely would've driven them out and progressed to a standoff. There are computer games that train players to not hurt or kill important characters such as informants. Maybe in Mobile Alabama and other places, Tha Police should play these games instead of attending "training" sessions.
