Some, Ben Fulford, claim there are two Trumps, a good and a bad. The bad one is in Mar a Lago, the good/real Trump in Cheyenne Mountain who comes out on occasions. IDK but it makes for confusion.

The extra Trump is not bad. Just a stand in for appearances.
He said bad because of some of the appointments being deep staters. It might be to sow confusion against Trump, but I don’t think it matters. He’s already acting as President.
