I believe we are already under a national emergency situation and Trump is CIC, and considered a war time president. He is functioning under the Law of War manual which gives him certain additional powers. Also, fraud vitiates everything. So I am thinking there are ways around this trying to delay the inauguration plan. I am sure this has already been planned for. What if he is already inaugurated at the 19th POTUS of the New United States of the Repubic of America? He has been showing us he already is meeting with world leaders, he has had a presidential motorcade for many months. I really do not think the White Hats and military generals would not have planned for this attempt. 😇
