I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
They are not taking orders but are listening to guidance. Organizations and companies and even state and local governments hire consultants and advisors to help them all the time and in this case, it would not have been possible for a team to read that massive document in that timeframe and make an informed vote.
