2 1/2 cup of Q oats, pour in pitcher or 1/2 gallon, add hot water ( not scolding or boiling ) Shake or stir or liquify, allow to settle, drink warm or chill as/or desired, shake before pouring { makes about 6 quarts per }, replace oats when milk is thinned
