TINA PETERS CATCHES A BREAK
Tina's misdemeanor contempt conviction has been vacated
(aka "shit-canned") on appeal.
Thus corrupt kangaroo court Judge Barrett
(who gave Tina 9 years in prison) must re-sentence.
And Tina gets another try
at getting out on bond pending appeal.

The judge should NEVER have found her guilty
on this misdemeanor charge..
Sheriff Deputies showed up in a restaurant
& seized this iPad & THEY DIDN’T FIND ANYTHING..
When Tina got tried in this kangaroo trial
with corrupt CO Judge Barrett who threw the book at her
& put her in prison for 9-years for doing her job..
he cited she’d already been convicted
for this misdemeanor charge..
The appellate court has thrown out that misdemeanor charge..
Now he has to re-sentence her..
IT GIVES HER A CHANCE TO SAY I SHOULD BE OUT ON BOND 🥳
