Sometime prior to covid I read about someone who cross referenced all the *addresses* of foster parents registered w/ the LA County CPS with the *addresses* of LA County registered sex offenders.

And 'you'll never guess what they found' .. ?

A disturbing, completely unacceptable and absolutely *inexcusable* amount of overlap.
