Important to note:

Basically yes ... but it occurred to me after I wrote that that even many Jews or Hebrews throughout the history of the OT constantly ran after 'other gods' and could be considered members of Satan's synagogue as well. Most of them as a matter of fact though there was always a 'remnant' that remained faithful.
