Whatever the 'cause' of any coming concocted illness happens to be remember it's the *solution* that will obviously be what they already have in place that you'll want to avoid (most likely a vaccine) because that will be, once again, the 'kill' shot whatever it turns out to be.
However, human biology has an amazing ability to prevent illness and heal and we now know so many ways to support that process from diet to general lifestyle to myriad nutraceuticals.
So don't freak out, throw your hands up and run jump in line at the nearest medical establishment/government cure facility.

Do your research, embrace the Creator who made you and *designed* such magnificent creatures *in His image* and seek out HIS ways.
