Thailand Hangs ppl for Drug Smuggling and one of their Natives was in Jail in Australia for importing Drugs ! Australia wanted to send him back to Thailand after his sentence but wanted Assurance he would not be recharged for Importing Drugs and Thailand said "Sure Fine" !
When he got off the plane back in his home country he was charged immediately for Exporting Drugs out of Thailand and was subsequently charged and hanged
