Make all of the d e i hires be retested for quality and abilities and to see if they can actually do their job efficiently if not you need to fire all of them

People that cannot and will not do the job need to be fired and replaced with people that will accomplish their daily work

This will stop needless and wasteful spending tell them they are fired do it Q!!!
