They're claiming they need MORE SURVEILLANCE authority over civilians so that the drones over New Jersey and other locations might be able to be identified by state and local law enforcement.

So let me get this right, the federal government fails to secure us, and in response, they need to take our rights away so we can be "protected" at the state level?
