Majority United States Supreme Court opinions should be limited to 5 pages. Give the dissenters 10 pages.

List case citations in an index.

Case law and legal opinions should not be so difficult that the average citizen cannot read them and understand them.

Keep it simple.

If you cannot say it and explain it in 5 pages, it is not worth saying.

Enough is enough.

Always has been.

Always will be.
