Oh I know how that feels, well maybe in smaller scale. Last time we had maybe 1,5 feet in 48 h storm (with thunder!?), but that melted away followed by 2 weeks of wet dark and fog. Today first day we saw sun in weeks for few hours and temps in -5° C so that's good. I like some snow on the ground, so it's not so dark.
