If the US Corporation (now supposedly bankrupt) is a belligerent occupant of the District of Columbia, and if there is a shadow, Restored Republic Government, AND that US Corporation government stole the 2020 election, would a pardon from the President of the illegitimate government be valid in the first place?

Nothing is real. The movie continues to roll.
I think that there are things that help the movie have legitimacy, and some of those things are the things that have to do with the US Corporation- exec orders and PEADS, etc. So, yes, we are we watching a movie, but the movie would not be possible without the legal and moral authority to carry it out. Law of War manual is another one. Do you think the Russian Ukraine conflict is real, or is it wag the dog?
