If the US Corporation (now supposedly bankrupt) is a belligerent occupant of the District of Columbia, and if there is a shadow, Restored Republic Government, AND that US Corporation government stole the 2020 election, would a pardon from the President of the illegitimate government be valid in the first place?

I think that there are things that help the movie have legitimacy, and some of those things are the things that have to do with the US Corporation- exec orders and PEADS, etc. So, yes, we are we watching a movie, but the movie would not be possible without the legal and moral authority to carry it out.
