Mama is saving me her green tomatoes, since it is gonna freeze or close....so I am making this. She is such a gardener, I said how did you get them to grow there and this late. She said she threw part of a tomato out there. hahaha
How about green fried tomatoes? They are one of my favorite things about growing my own tomatoes.

SOOO good but these are still kinda hard to do them. So gonna make some salsa. I have been wanting to try this. Should have taken a picture. CRAZY like 22 under her pine tree, just kinda training itself up it.....
