Clicked the link. 6 mil of melatonin is ALOT. 3 puts me to sleep for 12-14 hours. Still groggy another 10-12. Id start low with that and not the full 6. Might be sleeping 2 days straight. Granted nothing that can make you sleep puts me out for a long time but I still think that’s excessive.
