Dear God,
I know You know what the bad guys are up to. I also know You are busy with extra prayers coming in all the time and from every which direction. We are not asking for a pony, we are not asking for a vacation, we are not even asking for the perfect mate, the perfect job, nor the fastest car… nope, we are just asking for a fair shot at working really really hard for our freedoms and then being allowed to hang onto our loved ones and our homes - then later, maybe the means to rebuild our preferred way of life with Your blessings and grace, of course.
I believe in You. You are The Almighty. You are omnipresent and talented beyond comprehension. A lot of people are really scared, hurting, or reaching desperate measures. We will do what we can to lift each other up and help light the way because that’s just how we roll. Meanwhile, if You could just send some extra miracles, maybe a few brimstones, and aim all the wrathy stuff at the bad guys, we would be much obliged.
