This is exactly why the swamp needs to be cleaned out. Everything on every level needs to be purged completely and built anew. This will be done by outsiders with a vision. We cannot and will not go back to the same ole, same ole with the same swamp rats (on all sides) who do not serve the people year after year. I've said this many times before..."things will never be as they were." Complete and utter change is coming.
