I've posted this video before because it's fantastic on so many levels. These musicians are in the "zone". The jam zone. They are thoroughly enjoying being completely in that creative moment. Not looking into the future or thinking about the past. Just there. It's a hard feeling to quantify if you are not a musician but it's one of the best feelings in the world. However, you don't have to be a musician to experience being in the "zone". It just takes practice and commitment and finding something you are passionate about.
