The City Commission in Winter Haven, Florida, voted to remove fluoride from its drinking water.

This remedy has ALWAYS been available to ANY and ALL "water districts" ... the customers of which could always collect enough signatures on a referendum to put on the next election. If *the people* PASS THE REFERENDUM to remove fluoride the water utility for the district *must* remove it.
