IMO everyone should stop purchasing any big name brand toothpaste like Crest or Colgate. First they contain fluoride. They also have a list of multiple ingredients of unheard of substances. Go to a health food store and purchase a toothpaste that has no fluoride and simple ingredients, or make your own toothpaste. I stopped using Crest several years ago and any toothpaste with fluoride. My gum sensitivity disappeared and my overall gum health improved. 😇

I use Tom's at first, but once they were bought out, I believe by Proctor and Gambol, I went to my local health food store and tried a couple of brands. I settled on Now brand xyli-white.
Fluoride free
SLS free
Gluten free
Paraben free
All natural ingredients like tea tree oil, sodium bicarbonate ( baking soda).
There are a many good brands, it is just a matter of what works for you personally. 😇
