Isn't that also under the US Corporation, now we are going back to our Republic, wouldn't they still be guilty under the Republic. (Our Constitution) treason is treason.
All civil servants must take an oath to the

If Obama pardoned them, would they still be guilty under our Republic Constitutional law.
I don't think so. Presidential pardon powers are plenary, absolute, complete, no qualifications.
