Isn't that also under the US Corporation, now we are going back to our Republic, wouldn't they still be guilty under the Republic. (Our Constitution) treason is treason.
All civil servants must take an oath to the
US Constitution.
And commit treason when they betray that oath.
If Obama pardoned them, would they still be guilty under our Republic Constitutional law.
I don't think so. Presidential pardon powers are plenary, absolute, complete, no qualifications.

If there is fraud, everything is null and void. Let's hope that if everything since 1871 is fraud, then the Presidential pardons won't matter. Maybe I'm looking at this wrong, but these criminals have to be punished.
