Tennessee is messed up. I had an accident there years ago. They said it was my fault I had to drive up from Georgia three times for the court case. Twice it was canceled. The third time the police officer didn't show up so no one was charged. They thought I wouldn't show up so they could charge me. It was just me and the other guy accompanied by a lawyer and friends in the courtroom, glad handing everyone. I figured he was a big fish in a small pond. The insurance companies haggled it out and said it was the other guy's fault. What a nightmare.
