The Bible tells us that the wages of sin are still death, and we still have an enemy that is corrupting our society. Like Sodom, there are very few consequences for crime anymore. People steal without repercussion. We must not be deceived into thinking that those without God are righteous. Without God, society can sink into depravity that has never before been seen. Thankfully, the Holy Spirit restrains evil. Let’s be a voice for righteousness and challenge this darkness. Let's live out our values and show God's transformative power. Together, we can make a difference and bring light back into our world, but only if we humble ourselves, acknowledge our weaknesses, and allow God's strength to empower us.
