The Warning Was Severe
Sep 27, 2024 Carter Conlon

Revelation 2:2–5 says, “I know your works, your labor, your patience, and that you cannot bear those who are evil. And you have tested those who say they are apostles and are not, and have found them liars; and you have persevered and have patience, and have labored for My name’s sake and have not become weary. Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent.” This warning in scripture was severe. The people forgot the essence of their relationship with the Lord. Don't ever become fixated on religious works! If you feel like you've lost Jesus, remember that He has never left you or forsaken you. It's time to turn around; it's time to go back. It's time to reclaim your first love again.

Trust That God Is At Work
Sep 25, 2024 Carter Conlon

Psalm 119:126 says, “It is time for You to act, O Lord, For they have regarded Your law as void.” We live in a generation that has rejected Jesus and is attempting to push God out of every facet of our society. Evil is now celebrated, and good is being criticized. We need God to intervene. Only He can work through His people in the church and bring about change. God is already answering our prayers, even when we don't see it. Let's seek His guidance and embody His love and truth. Trust that God is at work, and let's remain faithful to Him in seeking His will for our lives. Join us every Wednesday at 7:00 PM EST at itstimetopray.org. We pray with people worldwide: “God, let your glory come one more time and reveal your will to each of us.”

Simply Ask
Sep 24, 2024 Carter Conlon

Matthew 7:7–11 says, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!” God gives us whatever we need to fulfill His calling to become all He has destined for us. I encourage you to go to Him with confidence. Don't overcomplicate prayer. Simply ask your Father, and do what He says. Ask, seek, knock. Say, “Jesus, I want to be everything you want me to be.”

We Can Have Confidence
Sep 23, 2024 Carter Conlon

Luke 11:5–8 says, “Then Jesus said to them, ‘Suppose you have a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say, “Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have no food to offer him.” And suppose the one inside answers, “Don’t bother me. The door is already locked, and my children and I are in bed. I can’t get up and give you anything.” I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity he will surely get up and give you as much as you need.’” If ever there was a time to ask for God's provision, it's now. Let's ask God to give us compassion, conviction, courage, and the power of the Holy Spirit. Just as the persistent friend received what he needed, we can have confidence that when we call out a knock on the door of Heaven, God will answer our prayers.

There is A Call on Our Lives
Sep 20, 2024 Cárter Conlon

In Matthew 5:13–14, Jesus said, “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.” There's a call on our lives to be fishers of men and followers of Jesus. By that high calling, we become leaders. Jesus said that we are the salt and the light in this world. He gives us the power to have an impact and influence and a testimony to be inspirational. People should be able to see God's power in their lives and be inspired to break free from their places of captivity as He leads us into victory. May we have the incredible privilege of leading others there.

Your Power To Everyone
Sep 19, 2024 Cárter Conlon

Psalm 71:16–18 says, “I will come and proclaim your mighty acts, Sovereign Lord; I will proclaim your righteous deeds, yours alone. Since my youth, God, you have taught me, and to this day I declare your marvelous deeds. Even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, my God, till I declare your power to the next generation, your mighty acts to all who are to come.” Let's keep moving in God's strength until we've shown the next generation who He is. God’s power lets us be a demonstration through a surrendered life of who He is. Our faith should not stand in the wisdom of man but in the power of our Lord. Let's talk about our weaknesses so that God's strength might be made known through us. It's not going to be about us; it's going to be about the strength of the Lord Jesus Christ within each of our lives. How do I know? Because that's the way I've learned to live as I've gotten older.

Cultivate Trust Through Prayer
Sep 18, 2024 Carter Conlon

Psalm 119:122 says, “Be surety for Your servant for good; Do not let the proud oppress me.” Trusting in God's surety brings peace. He is our guarantor, providing strength and provision when ours runs out. By surrendering our worries and fears to the Lord, we can experience His guidance and unfailing love. Today, cultivate trust through prayer. Meditate on and study God’s Word. Choose to release control and find the peace you need in His unwavering care. Join us every Wednesday at 7:00 PM EST at itstimetopray.org. We're praying with brothers and sisters from all over the world for God's move in the end times.

Let Us Be Living Examples
Sep 17, 2024 Greg Laurie

In 1 Thessalonians 1:5, Paul emphasizes that the gospel is not just about words but also the power of transformation. In this generation, people are unlikely to read the Bible or even have the attention span to comprehend it. Your life and mine become a living testimony of God at work. We are this generation's show-and-tell. If we allow the Spirit of God to work in us, people will witness our transformation and recognize that only God could have brought about such a transformation. Let's strive to live in such a way that our lives begin to reflect the power and transformative power of the gospel through our actions and attitudes. Let's be living examples of God's love and grace so that others might be drawn to Him. It's time to live the gospel. It's time to let the gospel live through us.

I Have A Purpose For Your Life
Sep 16, 2024 Cárter Conlon

In Exodus, Aaron spoke all the Lord's words to Moses and performed signs before the people. When they heard that the Lord had seen their affliction, they believed in God and worshiped Him. They acknowledged that God was coming to rescue them and bring them freedom. Today, God is speaking directly to you, saying, “I will take you out of where you are and remove the foreign powers that have no right to be there. I will bring you into your inheritance and shape you into the person that I destined you to be. Before the world was formed, I knew you in your mother's womb, and I have a purpose for your life.” It's time to acknowledge God's presence and plan for each of our lives. Trust that He’s heard your cry and is ready to lead you out of captivity and into His freedom. My brother, my sister,

Make Me Your Child
Sep 13, 2024 Carter Conlon

In Philippians 3:12, the apostle Paul says, “Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.” He who received such a rich revelation of Christ and even wrote most of the New Testament, said, “I haven't arrived.” Paul wasn't ashamed to admit it. Sometimes, as Christians, we can get discouraged when old passions rise again and we question ourselves. We think I dealt with that already. By now, I should be beyond that. Through Christ, we're given the power to die to our sinful nature. Sin doesn't die, but we're given the power to die to it. Paul says in the book of Corinthians, “I die daily.” Remember that the righteous man or woman may fall seven times and yet rise again. Press on by faith.

Paul Acknowledges His Struggle
Sep 12, 2024 Carter Conlon

In Romans 7, Paul acknowledges the human struggle with sin and our inability to do good consistently. He recognizes the presence of sin within the human race and the battle between our desire to follow God's law and the influence of wrongdoing. Paul finds hope in Jesus Christ as the one who can rescue us from sin and expresses gratitude to God for our deliverance. He acknowledges that while he serves God's law, in his mind, his sinful nature remains a slave to the law of sin. He then shares the example of restoring flesh to symbolize being a new creation in Christ. Fear no longer has to control us. We must surrender our fears to God, seek His guidance, and embrace the truth that we can become everything He has created us to be. It's not time to be afraid. It's time to be people of faith.

The Hour Is Late
Sep 11, 2024 Carter Conlon

Luke 13:4–5 says, “Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.” We remember the suddenness of the day that the towers fell in New York City. Sunshine turned to sorrow, and clear skies to a dust-filled gray. I'm thankful I had the chance to share the way of salvation with some people in the towers. Before people face that terrible day, we must pray for the courage to speak to those who will soon face eternity. The hours are late, and the days are getting darker. For their sakes, we must, and we will be, the lights that clearly show them the way to eternal safety. God will lead you today to the souls in need of His good news and minister to them through you.

They Became A Sign Of Hope
Sep 10, 2024 Carter Conlon

In Exodus 4, God gave Moses and Aaron two signs. The first was facing their fears, and the second was a symbolic representation of the human heart's corruption. Moses and Aaron faced their fears, not relying on their strength or wisdom but on the power of God. They boldly approached the leader of the most powerful army in the world at that time and demanded freedom for their people. They became a sign of hope for those in captivity, proving that God was with them. It's time to take control of your fears and let them become a symbol of God's authority in your life. You can then confidently tell others they don't have to be afraid. God will not fail. He will not forsake his children. Take the first step—confront your fears and trust that God will guide you through.

Let's Face Our Fears
Sep 9, 2024 Carter Conlon

In Exodus 4, Moses expressed his fear and doubt, questioning whether the people would believe him. God asked Moses what he had in his hand. When Moses threw it on the ground, his rod turned into a serpent. Moses ran away in fear like we often run from our fears. God needed someone who wouldn't run and could face their fears. He told Moses to reach out and grab the serpent by the tail. When Moses did, it turned back into a rod. This story symbolizes that we should walk by faith, not by fear. We should be confident in God's power, not rely on our strength. Today, let's face our fears, take them back into our hands, and trust in God's power. He takes us in our weaknesses and struggles, and He transforms us from the inside out. Let's take the journey together.

The Ugly Side of Freedom
Sep 6, 2024 Carter Conlon

If you're at a point where your life is clearly on the wrong track, I have good news for you. Jesus can save you from your sin and change you from the inside out if you decide to turn towards Him and away from what is wrong. God wants us to know what it is like to be fully accepted. He wants our darkness to be turned to light. He wants us to know what living at peace with God is. It can happen to you today. Simply say, “Lord Jesus, I want you to be my Lord and Savior. Make me your child. Change me so that I may live for you. In Jesus' name, amen.” If you pray this way, Jesus will hear your prayer. He will not just add something to your life. He will make you a new person with a new mind, heart, and Spirit.

His Power Shines Through Us
Sep 5, 2024 Greg Laurie

In 2 Corinthians 12:10, Paul the apostle declares, “That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” When we let go of our strength and start relying on God, His power shines through us. When we rely on ourselves, we tend to boast and dictate how things should be done. We start acknowledging our need for God when we recognize our weaknesses and depend on Him. In doing so, we discover that the same strength we have found in our Lord is available to all people. God's Word is true, and His strength is sufficient for every situation. Instead of relying on your abilities today, learn to trust in His empowerment. As we acknowledge our need for the Lord, we will experience His power working in and through us. Hallelujah. My brother, my sister,

There Is Hope
Sep 4, 2024 Carter Conlon

In Mark 5, a man with an unclean spirit lived among the tombs, and nobody could control him. This man represents people trapped in a place of death and painful memories. It's a bleak future if that's where you're heading. You may have sought help from counselors, friends, or even doctors, but nothing has tamed the deep pride of your heart. I want you to know there is hope. Turn to God, who can genuinely understand and heal your pain. Trust in His love and forgiveness. Don't let your past continue to define your future. Embrace a future filled with hope and complete restoration, which God offers. Join us on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM EST at itstimetopray.org, where people who have overcome struggles like yours rejoice in the freedom God has given them.

Be Bold
Sep 3, 2024 Carter Conlon

Exodus 4:29–31 says, “Moses and Aaron brought together all the elders of the Israelites, and Aaron told them everything the Lord had said to Moses. He also performed the signs before the people, and they believed. And when they heard that the Lord was concerned about them and had seen their misery, they bowed down and worshiped.” Moses and Aaron gathered the elders of the children of Israel, who had been in captivity for 400 years. They lived under a dominant and oppressive culture, lacking freedom and facing constant mockery. The people questioned the strength of God. We also face doubts and struggles, wondering, "Where's God in my time of need?" Just as Moses and Aaron did signs to show God's presence, we come to you today and declare you can be free. We can trust in God’s power. Let's not be discouraged by our limitations but learn to deliver God's message of hope to others.

It's By The Spirit of God
Sep 2, 2024

In 1 Corinthians 1:26–29, Paul the apostle says, “Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. God chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him.” His message is to prevent anyone from boasting about their abilities. Instead, our identity and wisdom come from being in Christ Jesus. By the Spirit of God, we become everything that God has called us to be. If you find yourself somewhere between foolishness and nothing, you are God's chosen representative in this generation. It's time to embrace this calling and begin glorifying the Lord through it.

No One Else Can Help Us Now
Aug 30, 2024 Carter Conlon

Everything seems to be broken down in this nation. It's time to call out to God; we shouldn't wait until it's too late. I pray that God would help us move beyond our natural thinking and what our eyes can see. Let's not settle for mediocrity when God wants to do miraculous things around us. Let's ask God for the grace to believe in Him. Our children can be set free from captivity in our school systems. Our families can be restored, and our marriages can be rebuilt. We need to pray that immorality will no longer be seen as moral. This nation needs a spiritual awakening. Let's call out to Jesus because no one else can help us. No political system or court can solve America's spiritual and moral problems. Only God can touch the hearts of all the people. My brother, my sister,

Let's Not Be Silent
Aug 29, 2024 Cárter Conlon

The heart of this nation is sick, and we need God to heal our country. He can bring healing, not just to individuals but to whole nations. There may be reasons why we think God shouldn't intervene, but there is no reason why He can't. Lately, my prayer has been to appeal to God's mercy, knowing it will endure forever. I know He's a God of justice and judgment, but mercy is at the heart of everything He does. I encourage you today to call out. Jesus is near, and now is the time to lift our voices for our families, homes, and children and for civility and racial reconciliation. It's not time to be silent. It's time for us to call out to the living God boldly. His mercy endures forever. Lift your voice today! My brother, my sister,

Our Song of Confidence
Aug 27, 2024 Carter Conlon

In Acts 27, even though the ship was sinking, Paul's unwavering confidence in God inspired others to hold on. Amidst the chaos, the waves threatened to destroy the boat, and the odds of survival were almost zero. As others witnessed Paul’s faith, they found courage and held onto whatever they could as the ship fell apart. In our generation, when lives seem to be crumbling, your trust in God can inspire others to cling to the cross. The cross remains trustworthy and capable of guiding us to safety. When we put our confidence in God, a song of assurance resonates within us. It will not only impact those close to us but also draw people, even our enemies, to the presence of God in each of our lives. Through the indwelling of God's Holy Spirit, our song of confidence will bring transformation.

In Christ Nothing Is Lost
Aug 26, 2024 Carter Conlon

I want to tell you today that in Christ, nothing is lost. He restores everything life and Hell have tried to take away from you. He formed you and knew you before you were conceived in your mother's womb. God said through the prophet Jeremiah, I know my plans for you. These plans are for good, not evil, to bring you to a desired end. God knows what He can do in your life. He can place a song of joy, beauty, and praise in you. You won't be able to contain it! God can take you from being a ruined vessel, put you on the master's table, and mold you so that people will say with astonishment, “Who made this vessel?” The Lord can do all these things for you if you simply let His hand touch your life. Allow Him; He wants to.

Remember, it's time to pray.
