We have a mess for sure, mostly because we still have TV-addicted family and friends, ones who will have also been addicted to being embroiled in drama by now, especially with all the torture we have endured for some years. Those family and friends will continue to protect their intellectual captors. As for the rest of us, there is a definite split, where we already know it is propaganda, and we do not watch any of it, except maybe just to check in and see at what temperature the lies are bubbling.
I look forward to a day when none of this can affect our lives, even by proxy over a family meal… I just do not know in what timeframe I will personally see that day. Mark my words though, we will all see it in due course. They have overplayed their hand.

I have watched/listened to many people since Trump win, even with no rioting- which is out of character- the hate / tds / bitterness /seething/ wishing of revenge and death is more serious than 2016...maybe it's just certain ares- idk
No doubt, more terrifying in some areas than others and for various reasons. I am returning to Denver tomorrow, which may be pretty sketch once I step back into blue areas (probably a big yes, the libs scare me). I am not giving them any credit, nor do I trust them… just feeling like they will play themselves out before they can do too much. I reserve the right to change my mind.
I recently noted, the Lord works in mysterious ways. We just got massive snow, which likely calmed down some violent immigrant crime near home; it kept me from going home just yet. I also just heard one of my not so close elderly relatives in her 90’s just passed away… sad no matter what, but it was expected, and the timing is ironic and meaningful to me because two of my relatives (libs) are getting on a plane to go back for the funeral later this week. Not to sound selfish, but that gives them a little more to focus on besides hating on my politics. Sending love with them as they depart. Strange times 🙏
