Witness the same event.
Yet what they See, Feel & think about this same experience is fully determined by their own personal filters.

Typically, no two people filter the same exact experience the same.

Thus, each of the 10 or, tens of thousands will establish a PERCEPTION of "truth" that fits within their filtering process based on their cellular memory files.

The more they give their attention to their personal Perception of the event, the more Real it becomes.

If they are easily swayed by others, their Perception can change slightly or dramatically & take on the Perceived "truth" of the stronger "influencer".
