Did you happen to see a county council meeting in Arizona a couple of years ago where a woman making a presentation to the Council was revealing how cartels were involved in real estate scams and how they bribed anyone they needed, including council members and government officials? The elections always had to go the cartel’s way, so Hobbs and the rest got in. Before she finished speaking one council member ran out after saying we cannot speak about this here, this meeting is about something else.
