If not the left over campaign funds..then let's find funds. There has got to be some silly azzed funding out there, how about not funding Ukraine and sending it to our FOLKS, In most places WE take care of our own first! How about some of these crazy funds for organizations to study the weather patterns, when they know that they are still spraying to control the weather. How about that? Stop allowing the planes to get fuel to fly that are spraying us? There is money out there, and Trump has the right idea. I'm very much afraid it will not be accepted in the light that it's given.
